This Shipping Policy describes how Shubh Nidhi Ayurvedic dispatches and delivers orders to customers across India.
1. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays) after successful payment confirmation. Once dispatched, a tracking number is shared via SMS / WhatsApp / email.
2. Delivery Timelines
- Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, etc.): 3–5 business days
- Tier-2 cities & other locations: 5–7 business days
- Remote areas / North-East / J&K: 7–10 business days
Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to courier load, weather, festivals, or other unforeseen events.
3. Shipping Charges
Standard shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on delivery pincode and order weight. Free shipping is available on prepaid orders above ₹[Threshold]. Cash-on-Delivery (where available) may attract a nominal handling fee.
4. Shipping Partners
We ship via trusted courier partners including BlueDart, Delhivery, DTDC, India Post, Shiprocket and Ecom Express, depending on serviceability.
5. International Shipping

6. Undelivered / Returned Shipments
If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept delivery, re-shipping charges will be borne by the customer. For prepaid orders, the product cost will be refunded after deducting the original and return shipping charges.
7. Damaged in Transit
If you receive a damaged parcel, please refuse delivery or record an unboxing video. Report within 48 hours of delivery to info@shubhnidhiayurvedic.com for a free replacement.
