Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed, provided the order has not yet been shipped. To cancel, contact us at +91 93113 35581 or email info@shubhnidhiayurvedic.com with your order number. Once shipped, an order cannot be cancelled.

2. Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of Ayurvedic and consumable products, returns are accepted only in the following cases:

• You received a damaged or tampered product.
• You received the wrong product (different from what was ordered).
• The product was expired at the time of delivery.

Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery, along with an unboxing video and clear photos of the issue.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety and hygiene reasons, opened, used or partially consumed products are not eligible for return. We do not offer returns based on personal preferences, change of mind, or perceived ineffectiveness of natural Ayurvedic formulations (results vary from person to person).

4. Refund Process

Once a return is approved and the product is received and inspected at our facility, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method via Razorpay / the original gateway. For prepaid orders cancelled before shipment, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

5. Replacement

If a replacement is requested in place of a refund, we will dispatch a fresh product at no additional cost once the return is approved.

6. Failed / Unsuccessful Transactions

If an amount is deducted from your account but the order is not confirmed, the amount is automatically reversed by the payment gateway within 5–7 business days. If not received, please contact us with the transaction reference.
